OCCUPATION 1968 – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and BulgariaFive short films about the occupation of Czechoslovakia in 1968. Fifty years later, five directors from the five Warsaw Pact countries made a documentary about the invasion from the point of view of the occupiers at the time.
In the documentary THE TRIAL: THE STATE OF RUSSIA VA OLEG SENTSOV, we follow the trial against Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov. Russia sentenced Sentsov to 20 years imprisonment for terrorism, the actual reason being his opposition to the annexation of Crimea by the Russian state. Sentsov was awarded the European Parliament’s Sakharov Prize on 25 October 2018.

Attend the MASTERCLASS ‘East’ and ‘West’ in the genre of sevdah by the Bosnian musician Damir Imamovic. Imamovic, who creates a special style of contemporary sevdah is also the protagonist in the Croatian documentary SEVDAH by Sarajevo-born Marina Andree Skop, next to Amira Medunjanin.
