Become a volunteer and be part of the ENFF experience!

The Eastern Neighbours Film Festival will take place in Filmhuis Den Haag from 23-27 November 2022. And there will be On Tour screenings in various cities in Oct/Nov/Dec. And you can be part of it! Get involved, meet interesting people and discover the best recent films from East and South-East Europe!

Who can apply?

We’re looking for film enthusiasts over 18 years of age who enjoy engaging with the audience, possess strong communication skills, knowledge of English and have a flexible attitude toward their assigned roles. In preparing and realising the festival, volunteers can be deployed in various jobs such as screening attendants, collecting audience award forms, info or invitees desk, decorating the festival locations, hospitality, guest pick up, preparation of special events, catering and much more. We need volunteers for the main festival in The Hague and for the On Tour screenings in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Nijmegen (see Application Form for dates).

What can you expect as a volunteer?

Apart from a unique festival experience, you will get a free access to film screenings, debates, masterclasses, talk-pro, music performances, cocktails, wine-tasting etc. The festival will provide you meals and drinks during shifts, festival t-shirt, catalogue and compensation for your travel expenses. You will meet inspiring guests and fellow volunteers, have the opportunity to broaden your network, use current skills and gain new ones, and of course, enjoy the great atmosphere of the festival!

Come and be part of this exciting cultural event by submitting the Application Form to our volunteers coordinator Bastiaan Maas at volunteers@enff.nl. Thanks a lot for your interest and see you at the Eastern Neighbours Film Festival!
