Synopsis
Boris Robic’ life is turned completely upside down by an imaginable attempt to shoot him. The police investigation doesn’t offer any leads as Boris has no enemies nor any disputes with anyone. But our hero starts his own inquiry and finds out some unsettling details of his own life. Actually, Boris discovers that he is hated by more people than he ever could have imagined and that his own perceptions of his life are merely illusions.

Director's statement
Inventory tells us the story of a man whose image of the world, and his place within it, is torn apart. The irony and strength of this moral collapse is a story of our times in which we can no longer tell what’s true from what’s fake, when mistrust grows, and when the relationships we once took for granted start to fall apart.

Director's bio
Darko Sinko (1979) graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences and the AGRFT, both in Ljubljana. He has directed and produced several documentaries and short films. His short film “Schoolmates” (2014) received the Best Screenplay Award at the 2015 FSF. His filmography includes three documentaries: “Little Houses” (2014, with M. Ivanisin); “Revolt” (2013); “This Is Where I Live” (2011). “Inventory” is his first fiction feature.
