Synopsis
Filmed in the Women’s Correctional Prison and in the Psychiatric Hospital of North Macedonia, this striking documentary reaches the people inside and gives them a voice, despite the fact that entering these institutions is totally forbidden for “outsiders”. The seemingly casual conversations between filmmakers and the “imprisoned” result in highly realistic portraits and intuitively tackle eternal questions such as inner freedom and moral responsibility.
