Synopsis
Visar Jusufi describes his film in a very short sentence. “The director asks in a very personal way whether one should still dream.” His question is based on what we see on screen as being his daily struggles as an immigrant returning to one of the most bureaucratic rich European nations: Germany. We, … Composition is a visual diary of Kafka-like resonance. He assembles repetitive and absurd excerpts of his everyday life in which many immigrants will painfully find themselves: the never ending humiliating process of justifying one’s presence in a foreign country, the things lost in the bureaucratic translation, unexplainably cruel decisions by the authorities, compromises taken to survive.

Director's bio
Visar Jusufi was born on 26.01.1978 in Pristina, Kosovo. He migrated together with his family to Switzerland from 1991 – 1993 and then to Germany from 1993 – 1999. Back in his native country, Visar shows his personal art exhibition “Sorry, speak!” in 2001. During his studies 2012 – 2014 he showed post-war transition in short films like, “IT IS EASY FOR YOU”, “THE GOLDEN DAYS”, “AGIM AND LIRIA”. In 2015, he founded the film company “FILUM”.
