POLISH CINEMA PEARLS

Polish cinema is traditionally strong in documentaries and shorts. This year’s Eastern Neighbours Film Festival presents four brilliant documentaries in search of national identity, personal identity and the (historical) truth, all spiced with humour and charm.

A collection of award winning gems like PATRIOTIC LESSON by Filip Jacobson, winner of DOK Leipzig; ONE, TWO, ZERO by Anna Pawluczuk; POLONAISE by Angieszka Elbanowska and hilarious mother-son tale THE UGLIEST CAR by Grzegorz Szczepaniak.
